Jack Collins, PE, QSD, QSIP has 35 years of experience in the Civil Engineering and Civil Development
Fields. Areas of expertise include commercial and residential development, civil and geotechnical engineering; project management; grading and excavation design; drainage and hydraulic analysis; environmental permit development and preparation, including stormwater pollution prevention plans, standard urban stormwater mitigation plans, and air pollution control/dust permits; slope stability; retaining walls and structures; pile and shaft foundations; settlement of cohesive and granular soils. Jack has also managed the design of a number of high-pressure petroleum pipes.
Jack is well versed at permitting a wide array of projects throughout the State, including City, County, and State, Caltrans, Division of Occupational Safety and Health, Air Pollution Control Districts.
